Planned giving helps Advent Home insure that its services will be available to future generations. Leaving us in your will through estate planning can make a world of difference! Planning to Give…Insuring a future for ADHD boys The most effective way to contribute to the future of young ADHD students is through planned giving, also known as estate planning. What are the options for planned giving? Your gift can take any of the following forms: * a specific percentage of your estate is left to Advent Home. * a residual bequest - after making provisions for your family and friends, the balance of your belongings or estate is donated to Advent Home. * a specific sum of money is donated. * a specific gift bequest - referring to any non-cash items such as shares, property, artwork, or other valuables, which can be given to AH. * a life insurance/assurance policy. * a gift annuity – where you make a charitable gift of cash or other appropriate property. You and/or others, can receive generous fixed payments for life. What next? The next step is for you to make an appointment with your financial or legal adviser. They can help you with planned giving by discussing how best to include Advent Home in your will. If you would like more information on how to make a planned gift to Advent Home, please contact us. |
